Join our Sales & Marketing team with an unmatched depth of capabilities and help our customers solve some of the world's toughest challenges.Position Summary: The Senior Director, Sales for Laboratory Products - East Zone region, covers a wide portfolio of Laboratory Equipment and Consumable to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives.

Job Functions and Accountabilities:Leads sales team to meet or exceed annual sales targetsDesigns strategic sales roadmap to facilitate product line growth within the regionDevelops and leads the annual process of creating sales strategies and plans, sales forecast and projections, goals, and expenses.Evaluates market conditions and the timely adjustment of sales strategy to effectively adapt to those changes.Collaborates with Business Unit leadership to ensure clear communication and understanding of marketing and new product plans.

Leads, monitors and reports communication and business activities with external channel partners and internal divisionsEmploy and embrace continuous improvement practicesParticipates in the selection, hiring, coaching and mentoring of direct reports.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor degree required in Life Science and/or other related field.Experience Qualifications:Requires 15 years experience in the life science industryRole model sales leader with ability to develop a high-performance, customer focused and adaptable sales teamStrong analytical and financial acumen: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysisProven success in forming interdepartmental relationships and working in matrix environmentExperience with both direct and distribution selling environments is desiredBenefitsThis position is also eligible to receive variable compensation on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
