The role: Solid background in power electronics and high voltage systemsAutomotive design/debugging/validation experience with traction inverter Hands on experience for power electronics hardware development and testing Experience leading system level definition and analysis of electronicsExperience coaching junior engineers and leading in group environments.

Familiar with modeling and control of traction drives Experience in EMI test and mitigation Experience in automotive power converter volume production All levels welcome Qualifications:Automotive experience Deep understanding of power electronics hardware and its control Good understanding of design for manufacturing, quality control and FMEA Knowledge of safety and EMI requirements related to high power applications. Functional safety experience is a plus Large volume product development experience Education:MS with over 5 years of experience, or PhD in electrical engineering Minimum - BS in the areas of power electronics, electric power, or electrical engineering.Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
