This person will touch and see every part of Visa's revenue model and be a catalyst for building a foundation for business insights across the company.This role will be responsible for developing and driving a proactive, collaborative partnership between Corporate FP&A and regional and BU FP&A teams to understand and identify trends in revenue performance and opportunities to advance Visa's overall business and financial strategy.This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal stakeholders.

The Senior Director, Corporate Revenue Analysis will have significant experience in leading a global financial team while establishing strong business and financial planning processes, budgeting, developing strategic frameworks, and driving critical financial decisions. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams.Essential Functions:Lead the global top-line budgeting and forecasting process, including quantitative analysis around Visa's key revenue driversAssess Visa specific business drivers and their corresponding impact on Visa financialsDeliver forecast analytics and insights that result in a corporate perspective of the forecast/budgetActively seek opportunities to improve revenue tools and processesConduct in depth financial analysis in support of quarterly Board of Directors meeting and company earningsPrepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time sensitive deliverablesBecome an expert on Visa's revenue drivers, tools, and processesWork closely with investor relations and external reporting in preparation for earningsDevelop partnership with stakeholders throughout organizationLead and coordinate ad hoc revenue analytics requests from company leadershipPartner with cross-functional teams to solve problems, manage complex projects, and resolve differences.

Be extremely proactive to identify and recommend actions that will improve Visa's financial insights.Partner with regional CFOs to ensure alignment on root cause analysis for both financial performance and business drivers.This is a hybrid position.

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (eg Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (eg Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience Undergraduate degree required.

MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred. 10+ years of experience with a mix of experiences Finance function or with relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance. 6+ years' experience in leading and managing a world class team.

Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment. Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required.

Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred. A deep understanding of the payment's ecosystem would be a plus. Outstanding communication skills and ability to create compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners.

Strong strategic thought leadership. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with Global Functions and Regions. Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.

Eagerness to solicit and accept feedback, criticism, and alternative points of view. Ability to proactively learn the business and become involved, including diving into details to support team.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 181,800.00 to 284,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
